We work together for 6 weeks in a small group, helping you create an organised structure coupled with accountability to help you reach your transformation. We take time to understand where you are now, what you want to achieve and why. Together we discover your unique story and the process that will help you uncover that.
Week 2: Starting your journey - (Caterpillar)
Once clarity on your life vision has been set, how do you achieve it? Together, we set the targets, mindset exercise, structure and action that’s needed to reach it.
Week 3: Pattern of behaviour and outcome - (Survive vs Thrive)
After a week, we look at the pattern of what works for you and what doesn’t, understanding why and focusing on what works.
Week 4: Building upon high standards - (Constructing the Cocoon)
Building momentum and setting challenges to push you beyond your comfort zone so that you are constantly growing.
Week 5: Transformation - (Metamorphosis)
What happened when you pushed yourself? What can you do to not sabotage your own progress?
Week 6: Congratulations! - (Butterfly)
Are you the same person you were when you first started? This week, we look at your present self, compare this against the previous version and how you can continuously grow even after the programme ends.
